All of the articles on graphicmaps.com are original works, are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights, and are the intellectual property of graphicmaps.com
We make no copyright claim on any statistical data on any page within the web site, nor on any non-original graphics, and pictures not produced by Reunion Technology Inc., unless otherwise noted

2. POLLS AND QUIZZES
GraphicMaps provides various polls and quizzes for entertainment purposes only. There are no prizes (including cash or otherwise) and no other form of benefit that can be derived from completing each poll or quiz. NO PRIZE CAN OR SHALL BE CLAIMED FROM THE WEBSITE.
3. USE OF CONTENT

We may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
4. RSS FEEDS
The Website may provide an RSS Feed for GraphicMaps. Should you use the RSS feed in any part whatsoever, we ask that you do not modify it in any way, including removing or modifying advertisements or adding content including advertisements and promotional content. GraphicMaps may terminate its distribution of the RSS feeds or change the content or formatting without notice. It also reserves to the right to require a party from ceasing to use the RSS feed at any time.
5. TERMS
The Content provided by GraphicMaps is on an “as is” basis and GraphicMaps shall not be held liable for your use of the information, the content, feeds, etc. Use of the site is at your discretion. GraphicMaps shall not be responsible for any complaints regarding content or images you choose to display on your site or in print.
Some articles and content are opinion based (or commentary) and should not be considered factual. You agree that GraphicMaps shall not be held liable for such incorrect information or inaccuracies.

As we respect the intellectual property right of parties, GraphicMaps has a policy of removing User Submissions (and others) that violate copyright law, Pursuant to Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512, GraphicMaps has a policy of receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with such law. If you believe a user of the Services is infringing your copyright, please provide written notice to our agent listed below for notice of claims of copyright infringement.

GraphicMaps, the site name and the logo constitute trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos (collectively “Marks”) belonging to Reunion Technology Inc. You are not authorized to use any such Marks. Ownership of all such Marks and the goodwill associate herewith remains with GraphicMaps. Nothing contained on the Website shall be construed as granting by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use the Marks without the explicit permission of GraphicMaps.
8. COMMENTS
The Website allows users to comment and/or discuss the content on the website via the Facebook Comments plugin. It is understood that the Website does not have the obligation to review all postings/comments. These comments are not under GraphicMaps’s control, and the Website is not responsible regarding the content of any statement (comment or other) submitted by its users. You acknowledge that GraphicMaps is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such comments. 9. CHANGES
GraphicMaps reserves the exclusive right to modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting a notice on our Website that the Terms of Use have been "updated" or similar words. GraphicMaps may make non-material changes and clarifications to these Terms of Use without notice. Any continued use of the Website will be deemed conclusive of your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

The Website undertakes not to use or disclose the information provided by its users for any other purpose than providing services. However, GraphicMaps cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the information submitted over the Internet. Further, GraphicMaps will work with law enforcement in providing information in relation to any investigation or crime.

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF REUNION TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent that we may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of our liability shall be the minimum permitted under such applicable law. In this case, unless otherwise provided by applicable law, in no event shall our liability to you exceed the subscription fees you paid us (if applicable) for a period of three months prior to the date you submit a claim.

The Website’s failure to insist upon, or enforce strict performance, of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If any of these Terms of Use is determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which you reside. All proceedings in connection with the Terms of Use or GraphicMaps shall be exclusively submitted to the Courts of competent jurisdiction of the Province of Quebec, City of Montreal. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is in compliance with all applicable laws.

The headings in the Terms of Use are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
